UP Scholarship Registration 2025-26 की process completely online है और सभी students को पहले OTR (One Time Registration) complete करना जरूरी है। Registration process दो main phases में divided है।

Phase 1: OTR (One Time Registration)

यह एक mandatory step है जो सिर्फ एक बार करना होता है। OTR complete होने के बाद आपको एक unique OTR Number मिलता है जो scholarship application के लिए जरूरी है।

Phase 2: Scholarship Application

OTR process में तीन main steps हैं जो आपको carefully complete करने होंगे। पहले अपनी सभी basic details ready रखें क्योंकि OTR process में किसी भी गलत information की वजह से registration fail हो सकती है।

OTR registration के लिए सबसे पहले official website scholarship.up.gov.in पर visit करें। Homepage पर “OTR Registration” का link clearly visible होगा।
