Complete Domicile Requirements
UP Residency Proof (अनिवार्य):
- Uttar Pradesh का permanent resident होना चाहिए[8][40]
- Valid domicile certificate required
- Minimum 3 years UP residency (कुछ cases में)

- Ration Card (UP issued)
- Voter ID Card (UP address)
- Aadhaar Card (UP address)

Outside State Students:

Academic Qualification Criteria
Pre-Matric (Class 9-10):
- Must have passed Class 8 examination
- Currently enrolled in Class 9 or 10
- Recognized UP board/CBSE/ICSE school में admission[44]
Post-Matric Intermediate (Class 11-12):
- Must have passed Class 10 examination
- Currently enrolled in Class 11 or 12
- Minimum attendance requirements apply[40]
Post-Matric Higher Education:
- Graduation: Class 12 passed
- Post-Graduation: Bachelor’s degree completed
- PhD: Master’s degree completed
- Technical courses: Relevant qualification[38]
Additional Requirements:
- Regular student (not distance learning for some schemes)
- Satisfactory academic performance
- No previous scholarship for same course level
Category-Wise Eligibility
Scheduled Caste (SC):
- Valid Caste Certificate mandatory
- Issued by competent authority
- Income limit: ₹2,00,000[8]
Scheduled Tribe (ST):
- Valid Tribal Certificate required
- Same income limits as SC
- Additional tribal area preferences
Other Backward Classes (OBC):
